The personal data that may be collected on this website are used for handling your file and/or request by our service.

Your personal information will be kept as long as necessary for the duration of our administrative relations, which may not exceed the legal and mandatory deadline, except if:

• You exercise your right to delete your data as described below;
• A longer storage period is authorised or imposed by a legal or regulatory obligation.

During this period, the website implements organisational, software, legal, technical, and physical means to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, in order to prevent any damage, erasure or modification by unauthorised third parties.

Access to your personal data for modification is strictly limited to yourself and the staff and managers of the Tourist Office, authorised by their functions, and bound by an obligation of confidentiality.

However, the collected data may eventually be communicated to subcontractors contractually responsible for performing tasks necessary to the proper functioning of the website and its services, as well as for the proper handling of your file or request, without the need for your authorisation.

It is specified that, in order to carry out their services, subcontractors will only have limited access to your data and have a contractual obligation to use it in compliance with the provisions of the relevant legislation on the protection of personal data. Apart from the cases mentioned above, the Tourist Office agrees not to sell, rent, assign or give access to your data to third parties without your prior consent, unless compelled to do so by a legitimate reason (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of the rights of defence, etc.).

o Exercise your right of access to know which personal data are stored;

o Request an update of your data if this is inaccurate;

o Request a transfer or deletion of your data;

o Request the deletion of your account;

o Object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your data;

o Object or withdraw your consent to the use of your contact information for the delivery of promotions and solicitations via email, SMS message, phone call and postal mail by our services. This right remains valid whether your personal data have been transmitted directly by you or by third-party partners to whom you have communicated them (in which case you will need to click on the unsubscribe links provided in our SMS or emails or contact us at:
